I (user, initiator) understand that there are common-law rules on intent, and this phase 1 is not yet however a contract. The verification and contractual intent will be placed under the regional and international rule, while “promises” and preliminary applications is deem to be a reporting of offer, or a general feedback (depending on my ability to manage the confidentiality prior, during, and after the entire process). Further thoughts and actions will be adaptable to the interpretation symmetries, desirable conditions between two or more parties. Data and terms can be further excluded after phase 1, in the case of identifying irrelevant, abnormal, and invaluable to the intended relations or intended communication.
